What is your custom order process and how long I can receive my order?

Custom portraits orders in the UK usually take about two weeks to receive. After receiving your inquires, I will asking for a deposit. You will be able to find the deposit link under the main bar '' shop‘’ and 'commission.'   Once deposit is received, I will start to make the pattern for you. Pattern can be received in three working days. When pattern is approved by you, I will start the making process. The making process usually takes about 4 days. After completion, I will send you photos of the final piece.  The parcel will send it to you once the rest of the fee is received.  I use next day Royal Mail delivery.

The process for order out off the UK will mostly stays the same. The only difference is that the shipping time can various from 3-10 days.

For larger commission,  the making process various. I will discuss with you via email.

Do you offer returns?

Returns: As each piece is handcrafted (and often made to order), I do not offer returns. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Commissions: I am currently accepting a limited number of custom orders! If you have a specific idea, please get in touch with your preferred subject, dimensions (in cm), and budget. I value creative freedom in my work to ensure the final piece feels authentic to my style.

What happens if my item is lost or damaged?

Insurance: All orders are sent with standard carrier insurance. If you are purchasing a high-value piece and would like extra cover, please contact me before ordering.

Damage: In the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. I will require clear photos of both the damaged item and the external packaging to file a claim. You may choose to keep the damaged piece for a partial refund or return it for a full refund.

Loss: While I cannot be held responsible for packages lost by the carrier, I will do everything I can to help you track the item or provide the necessary documentation for a claim.

How should I hang my piece?

For security, I recommend hanging your art from sturdy nails or screws fixed into the wall or window frame. You can also use existing window hardware, such as sash locks.

Note: I strongly advise against using suction cups. Changes in temperature and condensation on the glass can cause them to fail, which may result in your piece falling and breaking.

How do I care my piece?

Over time, the lead and solder on your piece may naturally dull or oxidise. To keep it looking its best, a light polish (fine sanding paper and silver cloth) will restore the shine.

Is your work contains LEAD?

Yes. Traditional stained glass techniques require a lead-tin solder, and some larger pieces are framed in lead "cames." Because of this, you should always wash your hands thoroughly after handling your artwork. Please ensure pieces are displayed out of reach of children and pets.
